  •   You have to download and install the ERASER
  • Visit the ERASER homepage then click the ” downloads” link located on the menu in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
  •   Scroll down to the section labeled “Stable Builds” and then click the red download link under the words “Build Name”.
  • don’t accept the automatic download that tries to start. on the next page . Instead, click on the words direct link on the line that begins with “Problems with the download?”.
  • Using the direct link will allow you to download Eraser without downloading a bunch of virus along with it.
  •  Double click on the downloaded installation file to install the Eraser utility.

                     

  •    Using Eraser to completely erase all traces of a file or folder.
  •  Press the Windows+E key combination to open Windows Explorer.
  •  Navigate to the file or folder you wish to erase, then right-click on it.
  •  Click ERASER and then “erase” on the context menu that popped up. After completely erasing a file or folder with Eraser, you won’t have to worry about someone using a program like RECUVA  to recover it.
